The space is spotless, welcoming, and beautifully put together, which already says so much about the pride and cleanliness behind their food and drinks. Presentation matters, and you can tell by looking at the setup and the way everything is served that quality and hygiene are top priorities here.

“The chicken over rice was really good. The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, and the rice was soft and flavorful. The white sauce and hot sauce made it even better. The service person was very kind and friendly, which made the experience even nicer. Overall, it was filling, tasty, and I would definitely get it again.“

“Always fresh and delicious food options including Vegetarian choices. Chef Omer combines Turkish food specialties with Classical American street food. They have Gozleme (Turkish Pancake) with Cheese, Potato or Spinach, amazing grilled fresh fish, chicken gyro, falafel, tacos… Even Turkish Tea. Thank you for bringing this wonderful menu to us.

“This is my fav halal cart in the city, best time to go is later in the day. I showed up twice during the listed opening hours and they were not still ready.
However the flavors, value, and cost is good. Good quality, onions, cilantro. Good chicken and lamb. Hands down best in queens by far“

“Great Al pastor burrito and super friendly staff!
I had just finished a late workout and was heading to meet up with friends when I needed some food. I saw the food truck and stopped by. I ordered the Al pastor burrito because I was super hungry which was $13. He melted the cheese which to me is always the most important thing and the rest of the ingredients are fresh and the meat was delicious.“

“YOU HAVE TO TRY ZAHID’S HALAL FOOD!! The best halal food I have ever had. Juicy chicken and lamb with perfectly seasoned rice.. goes great with the white and hot sauce. The service was great, my food was prepared exactly to my likings. Food and service are incomparable to other halal spots. Don’t just take my word for it, try it yourself ;)“
“I have been eating here since it was a cart, now it is a food truck. Personally my opinion might be biased but if you want a Colombian style fast food for a fair price. Come and enjoy. Just know it might be a bit pricey for one but I believe if you go to other places you might be paying more.“

“i have had the burrito, nachos, quesadilla and the guac, everything is always so good and fresh. the steak is my favorite, it’s very flavorful and tender. the portions are generous and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. it’s very reasonably priced too, and service is fast. i always forget to take a photo because i eat it too quickly. highly recommend!“

“I’ve been going to Chapli for a while now. The people and the food are great. I love their attention to make sure the food is cooked perfectly every single time. I even asked for a ton of sauces on the side and they had no problem, whatsoever!! Definitely worth a try for a nice fulfilling halal meal.“
