The food is delicious and consistent, with very nice sized servings. Many consider it the best food in town and a favorite go-to spot for halal cravings.
Specific dishes praised include the gyros, chicken and lamb over rice, grill chicken over rice, spicy rice platters, and the best chicken sandwich ever with a good piece of delicious chicken. Sides like spicy French fries and sauces, especially the white and green sauce, are also highlighted. For dessert, the baklava and milk cake are noted, and hot tea is a nice finish. The main nitpick is that the spicy rice may not be spicy enough for some, and the portion of rice in the divided platter trays could be larger. Prices are as expected for a halal spot on Long Island.
