Ordered a half sheet cake a month ago for yesterday. Called Friday to confirm. NO CAKE WAS MADE FOR MY OCCASION! The cake they “whipped up” was stale and not good at all. The girl I spoke to on Friday said I was calling to ask about a cake. I was confirming they would have it ready for Sunday.
They said this happens a lot! Go somewhere else!

We ordered a gift basket of cupcakes and cookies to be delivered to a friend in Massapequa for her 95th birthday. We are in Brisbane, Australia and tried a number of bakeries in the New York area and nobody could deliver. We emailed Mike and he wrote back right away and said he could definitely do it.
