I live in town and this is my favorite Starbucks. I come here a few times a week.
Today I got the most horrible display of customer service and the staff could care less.
I ordered a drink for myself and my co worker. Plus a breakfast sandwich. I paid with cash.
The girl threw my change and me and the coins went flying everywhere.
I get my two drinks. I am waiting now 10 minutes for my sandwich.

However, it can get loud during school days and has some maintenance issues, such as loose wall charger ports.
