T.O.A. Asian Fusion (Farmingdale)

Very overrated restaurant. Ordered takeout via uber eats. Only kudos I give this place they have a lot of BOGO deals

However I got sick from their food. Their $23 “special” roll looked & tasted like they bought it from a supermarket for $7 and just marked up the price

They crammed all our sushi rolls into huge containers which made it confusing to our guests who ordered what. Very very disappointed by this because my best friend has a shellfish allergy and sat there not eating due to cross contamination.

They even had the nerve to charge $2 for one small cup of spicy mayo on a $120+ order. Obviously out for profit and their food is bad.

Only giving them 2 stars because I will admit, it’s a good looking restaurant decor & vibe wise. Other than that, never again will we return.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My order was almost $300, and when it arrived, three items were missing from my fourth order. This is not the first time this has happened. I also noticed another recent review from a customer saying they were missing food as well.
If customers are paying a lot of money for their meals, they should receive everything they ordered. It is unfair for customers to keep missing items because the staff or management are not checking orders carefully before they go out. I hope the restaurant improves its service and pays more attention to accuracy in the future.

I ordered tuna and salmon sushi rolls. Knew something started to taste off. IMMEDIATELY THREW UP THE ROLLS. Absolutely disgusting. Obviously I did not finish the meal. Writing this review as a warning to anyone who might get sick or food poisioning from unsafe food at Tao. Would not recommend and will not eat here again.

I hadn’t been to TOA in years, but I went to have lunch with a friend the other day and it did not disappoint.

Food is really good.The portions are great, everything comes out piping hot. The tea is great and helps warm you up. My friend ordered the sesame tofu, and when I tell you it looked exactly like chicken, I actually had to taste it to make sure there wasn’t a mix-up. That’s how good it looked and it tasted even better.

The space itself is perfect for a cute catch-up girls’ lunch. Comfortable, relaxed, and just a really nice place to sit, talk, and enjoy good food.

If I’m in the area again, I’m definitely coming back to try more dishes.

The best Asian fusion restaurant on Long Island. The food is always fresh & delicious, and great service. Highly recommend trying it out; 3 other locations include Huntington, Melville & Sayville

For lack of better wording, this place is insane, if you’re in the mood for high quality Asian food there is no place better. The restaurant is beautifully lit and decorated with plenty of seating options. We came on a Friday night without a reservation and were seated immediately. I wanted to try everything on the menu because everything that a server brought out looked so good!! I had the Angel Hair roll and it was delicious. I would recommend starting with an app of some sort - we got vegetable dumplings and they did not disappoint. Overall such a positive dining experience and I’ll definitely return!!!

The waitresses at Toa Asian Fusion is Farmingdale are extremely friendly and patient when you’re ordering your food. I’ve only been here twice and ordered the Shrimp Tempura Roll, when was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant in this area.
