I want to express my sincere appreciation to Katie who is a bartender and waiter. My sister has come to Syracuse to see me several times and we frequently visit your restaurant when she is here. Unfortunately I have developed some health issues and Katie was sooooo empathetic. We specifically ask to sit in a booth at the bar hoping to hear Katie’s smiling professional voice. She is an assess to your restaurant. Thank you so much. You guys are doing it right!
I have always loved dining at Carrabbas the service is always friendly great management team at the Fayetteville location I ordered from them for my birthday during quarantine it was delicious and a great value very easy to pre order online. They have a wonderful rewards program for loyal customers once you eat there 3 times your 4th time you get 50% off! They may be a chain restaurant but they have a local family owned feel.
