ordered three large got three medium didn't realize till we got home. extra sauce on one of the pizzas not existent. extra cheese on another couldn't tell the difference if it was extra cheese. order different crust on a couple of the pizzas all the crust look the same. toppings were very skimpy.

Gave us the wrong pizza and didn’t apologize on the phone or in person when we drove back to pick up our original order from 15 minutes away. They also forgot our dipping sauce both on the original and fixed order. Also had us return the wrong pizza which felt weird?

Need a new online ordering system! Third time trying to make an online order and they had technical difficulties. But this time I had a disrespectful employee hang up me because he couldn't explain to me that I couldn't get the online deal over the phone! Won't be ordering dominoes anymore from this location!

Be mentally ready to get mocked between employees. Black dude at the cashier repeats my name in a weird manner. He goes back and tells something to his colleagues. Now all of them are laughing, for some reason..

Placed an order for delivery and did receive it and when I attempted calling back it’s was just some person that barely spoke English so he didn’t understand I wanted a refund, just not a good idea to order from them. And on top of that I waited more then an hour to find out it’s wasn’t going to be delivered.

Bro inside didn’t speak a lick of English and did not cut the pizza at all, it was completely ruined, were from out of town so it’s not like we can just run home and use our own pizza cutter, this completely ruined our dinner and we’re out 20 dollars. I called demanding a refund and he pretended like he couldn’t understand what I was saying using very broken English and when I asked him for his name so I could speak to his manager and give the manager his name he kept repeating what I said instead of answering my question. Will be calling corporate and raising this issue above their head. I expect my refund and I will get it, you’re not ripping me off Sir. (Called to speak with the store manager in the morning and a Hispanic woman who also did not speak English after I asked to speak to the store manager said “Do not stay here” and I said “your store manager does not stay there? Let me speak to your store manager.” And she said “no manager sorry” and hung up.) Now I’m calling corporate.

When it’s good, it’s good.. but each time I order lately, I select well done and it’s never cooked long enough. Absolutely horrible & dough-y for the price you’re paying.

Ordered twice from here in the past couple months & both times had me puking after eating. Not sure if it’s them rushing to get these pizzas out (because the pizza is barely cooked when you get them) or if their ingredients just aren’t fresh, but please beware !!!
