Great food, attentive servers would recommend 💯!
More than 5/5 stars! The food, the atmosphere, and the service were amazing. We chose Fishkill Prime to host a 40 person wedding reception, and it was perfect. All of our guests had great things to say about their meals, with the calamari, filet mignon, the rigatoni alla vodka, and sea bass being some of the best our guests ever had. Everything was delicious, and the portions were plentiful. The service was great; the staff were prompt and kind.

Every time I dine at Fishkill Prime, I receive the best hospitality and service in the area and they make you feel like part of the Prime family !! The best sushi and staff in the 845! The bartender Mairead makes excellent drinks and the manager Anthony personally approaches us to check in at every visit!
