Most delicious veggie burger I’ve ever tasted! It’s made absolutely fresh in house the flavor combination and special sauce make it a big winner! I’ve had veggie burgers before but don’t order them anymore Bc it was always hard to find a delicious one. Now I found my go to veggie burger - go here if you’re a vegetarian and are craving a burger - yummmm!

Literally one of my favorite places to eat! If your looking for some good comfort food made with love. This is the place to go, super close to beacon for all the people visiting from NYC. The weekly specials are amazing, The chef is a really stand up guy! And they provide the best! Customer service. Spoiler Alert, Hudson Sandwich Co. is a hidden gem of the Fishkill area. Oops, I let the cat out of the bag!The burger I had was homemade, cooked just right with lettuce and pickle chips. It was served on a freshly baked roll that had sesame seeds on it. :-)The service was good, the lady who took my order was very friendly.I would gladly eat here again!

This sandwich shop was the best in the area for quick, fresh food or a hearty salad. Great homemade fries. We've ordered from here many times in the past and stayed to eat there before Covid. My last visit two months ago was such disappointment! I ordered a Turkey sandwich for husband - it was dry and not very tasty. Usually all of their sandwiches are bursting with flavor. Fries were "ok." My salad was an expensive waste of time and money! I ordered the Cobb salad. States "romaine lettuce," but there was 99% light, pale pieces that resembled iceberg lettuce more than anything, and THAT comprised 99% of the salad! Avocado? a couple of pieces. hard boiled eggs? about 3 slices. Tomatoes? 2 pieces. "grilled chicken?" Had 5 pieces of very hard, dry, uniformly cut pieces. I wonder if they pulled that from a frozen package. A little container of balsamic vinegar did not do a lot to make this palatable. I ate the bits, some of the lettuce, and threw it out. If you don't have fresh ingredients, don't put it on the menu! Also, getting a huge container of pale lettuce for $11 is an insult. I'm not sure if I want to go back!
