The food was phenomenal! First time here, and it certainly won't be the last! I gave the atmosphere a 4 because the restaurant was pretty dark. But other than that. Everything was perfect ??
This was excellent, the staff was super kind and came over and helped get the bones out of my food with gloves. The Mackerel was delicate and flavorful, I totally recommend this business.

I love the Korean food at Toro. My favorite dish is Bulgogi with "the works", which is somewhat similar to a fajita except you wrap the beef in lettuce with red pepper paste and some rice and spice and also receive some sides such as broccoli, oshinko, a Japanese radish, pickled cucumber, and Kim Chee, which is spicy cabbage. My mouth is watering as I'm describing this dish! It is fantastic!
