I recently had the pleasure of dining at this amazing Indian restaurant, and I can honestly say it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Every dish we ordered was incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and absolutely delicious. This restaurant is a true gem, starting with the server and the owner, who were welcoming and gracious. The buffet was extensive (and immaculate) with eleven brilliantly prepared vegetarian and vegan items, as well three dishes for the meat lovers! Everything was beautifully seasoned, and the lemon rice was an aromatic treat! Oh, and speaking of treats, don’t skip dessert! Highly recommend!!

Tanjore in Fishkill is fantastic, i ordered online, first time going here so just ordered a simple dish, the butter chicken was great, perfectly portioned with rice sauce and chicken. Also garlic naan was delicious. New favorite spot.
