It is always a pleasure to dine at Tanjore in Fishkill, NY. The food is excellent and so is the service. The menu is large and varied. I have never been disappointed in anything i have ordered. The staff is very attentive and accommodate any request we make. Their Dosas are nice and crispy and the Goat curries are the best we have had.

Our first time here. Did not dine in , ordered food to go.
Owner was very hospitable towards us. Had an ice cold Taj Mahal while I was waiting for my order enjoy chatting with the manager noticed they had a full buffet available. Will have to come back and try that for sure. A pleasant environment, with soft Indian music playing in the background. Select a few more choices must say it was some of the best Indian food I’ve had in some time. Ordered the chicken tiki ...

This was a great find on our way to Poughkeepsie. The food was super tasty and the service was great. We ended up ordering too much food as we didn't have clarity on the portion sizes, but everything was super tasty.
