Off the freeway and walking distance from a cinema and restaurants, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a Marriott nestled between the arbored hills of Upstate NY. The up-close setting is not quaint — you’ll not find a strip of beautiful, restored houses and shops if that is what you were expecting (as I half was). Having spent multiple nights at this hotel during the last 6 months I have the following observations. The rooms are always clean. The staff adheres to the Covid protocol They have a customer first attitude. Especially, front of the house staff Merleyne and Tyler All other personal have been very helpful and accommodating also. Can't say enough nice things about this facility.

First hotel stay since the pandemic. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the room. Sanitizing wipes were provided in the room and the room was immaculate. Bagels and muffins were individually wrapped and placed in bags so you could take them with you. There were also power bars and yogurt. Nice selection of juices and coffee to go also provided. Nice diner and a Panera across the road. Very good quality stay for the money.
