Nice portions. But they forgot my guacamole and I didn’t know until to got back to work and I’m devastated!!! The Guac is my favorite part!!!😢
Workers were only doing online orders and not serving walkins- fine, but at least but a sign on the door or tell people when they are just standing there. No employee said anything and just let the line form. On top of that, lately this location has been really slow as far as speed of service. Front door is constantly broken or locked etc just overal poorly run location despite the good food.
Food is good. The line is always out the door though, they sometimes run out of ingredients and have to turn people away. Online orders take 30+ minutes past the estimated time. One time they ran out of ingredients and everyone who'd ordered online had to call corporate to get refunds, the store couldn't to it in person.
