The customer service is horrible, the front desk "warden" is very nasty. If you ask her a question she ignores you, all she is focused on is the money and not her customers. They raised their prices and took away the senior discount.

Nice buffet...
We are regulars here as I like the steamed clams. We go at least twice a month. This weekend a COCKROACH ran frantically across the table. I couldn’t get it-it kept getting away and went under the table. The waitress was able to get a hold of it from the underside of the table and just smiled at me and walked away. We figured our meal would be complimentary, but NOPE. Our bill came with 10% off. When I said I thought our meals should be free they said I had to take it up...read full review
