The place was empty and they wouldn’t take my order. she just kept staring at me. another guy came behind me and the girl behind the counter asked if he’s ready to order. ridiculous. the nice man asked if i ordered yet and i said no so she finally took my order.
waited 20 mins for a sesame roll that crumbled into pieces. i understand they are short staffed but this is unacceptable

Got 3x smiling egg puff, they are overpriced and not worth the hype. Portion is too small and the fillings are not tasty and the chocolate was very low quality.
My suggestion to the management is to reduce the price and increase quality, I would pay 1.5$ max for 1 egg.
