My father in law passed away unexpectedly 2 days before our reservation but I was told I couldn’t receive a no cost cancellation because they have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Obviously we didn’t plan for him to die so this is absolutely ridiculous that they couldn’t make an exception and accommodate me or even offer to give me a credit for a future date. When we reschedule our trip, I’ll be sure to make reservations elsewhere!
