I order from here a lot. Today’s food arrived burnt and no cheese in the omelette. When I called I got a very nice woman that offered a refund but agreed to send new food to me instead. Great, problem solved. Then my phone rings, it’s the owner John, who proceeds to chastise me that the omelette doesn’t come with cheese. Been here two or three times. Most recently, after an hour to the minute, owner comes by to say they need the table.
I pay the bill and mention that being rude while reaching for a business card, and the owner asks “you see the prices on the menu?” “Yes?” I say, confused. “That means for lunch, not all day.”
Food was decent, but the attitude I can do without. Plenty of other places on Austin Street.
