Whenever I'm back in Rego Park, Queens I always make my way to Bagelette, a longtime neighborhood staple open everyday early morning to mid afternoon. Their coffee is smooth and awakening. Their bagels are freshly made on site every morning. An egg cheese sandwich is made with a freshly cracked egg and American. Muenster or Swiss.
