Horrible customer service. I ordered early and waited for around 15 minutes. I asked the lady if it was ready or not and she said no even though the online order shown that it was already ready for pickup. I politely waited and then asked for a bag which she threw at me (usually would pack it up for me). The cup was very sticky(usually would also wipe it for me). Took me an extra couple minutes just to wipe the whole two cups with napkins). Maybe it was the lady in front of me that ordered and then changed her mind and wanted a hot drink instead of a cold drink(why she got mad). But why have a bad attitude against someone else. I don’t know what else to say just very disappointed. I usually don’t write reviews but lowkey this job ain’t it for you if you aren’t even giving a slight bit effort to work here properly :/
-They are not a place where you sit, it's more of a drive by situation.. One window to order and the other to pick up. Quick and friendly! They have tons of flavored and two sizes, next time I need to get a large!
highly recommend bubble gaga i could drink tons
The little brother is very enthusiastic and handsome. The service is very attentive. A conscientious shop. Thank you for your patronage. I wish you a prosperous business and a lot of money.
Should try Mango dream slush
IT WAS AWESOME. One of your employees has excellent customer service!
**COME HERE ONLY IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED BADLY AND DISRESPECTFULLY**
**If you want to spend money to feel angry, come here**
Today, 11/25/24, around 12pm I had an extremely bad experience with the female cashier.
She misheard my order, resulting in the wrong drink being made, and then displayed a terrible attitude. When handing me a straw, she tossed it onto the table, causing it to fall to the ground, and didn't apologize. Extremely disappointing service .
Flushing has many bubble tea stores with more unique offerings. While this store has been around for a long time, that’s no excuse for such poor attitude and service.
For those visiting Queens and looking to try bubble tea, Flushing has plenty of great options. Nearby Tiger Sugar, TP Tea, Molly Tea, Hey Tea and more stores on Prince Street are all just a few minutes' walk away. You're much better off visiting one of those places.
The employees themselves are in a bad mood and the customers have to foot the bill? It only takes a few minutes to place an order and deliver a milk tea. How difficult is it to have a good attitude? You don’t even have to say a few words, and throw straws.
A cup of milk tea only costs a few dollars, and you are not required to be nice, but a reasonable apology, placing the straw properly on the table and handing it to the guest seems to cost the girl her life. Will not go again. I would not recommend it to anyone who has tried milk tea or not.
Very delicious and cost-effective
Best bubble tea store! Very convenient location and their service is quick.
My favorite bubble tea place, the workers are very friendly and they make my drinks very quickly. My favorite drink is their mango green tea :)

the drinks here are pretty good, many varieties to choose from
Horrible experience! There’s this girl (I think the other workers called her nicole?), she was really rude to me. Started talking aggressively because she couldn’t understand what I was saying. Learn some proper English please. She also started rolling her eyes at me and other customers. If you don’t like this job then don’t work
Great and quick service and reasonable prices. I love their boba and fruit tea series!
Express pickup from App order and good service, will come back again.
My go to place I been going there for couple years
