If you're in the mood for a hearty and quick bite, Fu Yuan's Chinese rice roll stand is a solid choice, particularly for its freshly made-to-order rice rolls. I tried the beef rice roll, and was immediately pleased with the thin, delicate nature of the rice roll itself, though the beef portion left a bit to be desired in terms of size. Absolute best take-out rice noodle rolls in the area and the price/ value is excellent! The small portion gives you a loooot. I wish there was slightly more shrimp tho. It's prepared quick. There's no place to sit, so gotta go around looking.Oh, they're closed every Thursday
