The staff told me to use the ordering machine, but using the self-service machine requires an additional fee.
Not recommended
Toppings taste a little off.
There’s extra fees included for using the kiosk..
Don’t recommend
I am not sure if anyone noticed or not, the kiosk charges extra as an administrative fee so I usually preferred asking for a drink at the counter. Recently they are asking you to get the drink only from kiosk and are not ready to take the order themselves. I generally love the bubble gaga and order it once a week even sometimes twice a week and I am not willing to pay that extra administrative as it obviously adds up at the end.
staff were a little rude, i asked a guy if my order was done bc it said up on the screen that it was and he ignored me when i said “excuse me”. i had to wait more than i had to, i wouldn’t come back here unless they didn’t have the drink i wanted at the main st location. or i’d just go elsewhere atp. the drinks were good though so i’m leaving stars for that only. please train your staff better when dealing with customers.
Your female manager running this location lacks customer service and critical thinking skills. Both self service kiosks are not working today, instead of putting a sign that says out of order. I watch the staff willingly stand around letting multiple customers order theirs drinks only to end up with a "store closed" error. They also refused to honor the bogo deal and said "I can only get the discount if I order on the kiosk" ... but your kiosk doesn't work? I asked the worker to ask her manager if she can honor this bogo since both machines are not working. Manager refused. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I feel bad for the female & male employee working under such poor mgmt. Manager can stay in the back and stir her boba. She didn't even once come out to resolve the issue.
Absolutely! I wanted to order from the machine but I asked the front desk if I didn't understand. The fat man at the front desk was playing with his cell phone and ignored me. He yelled more than a dozen times and finally raised his head. I didn't even say anything, so I turned around, rolled my eyes, and turned to the back! I said you, can’t you help me place the order? ! The fat boy reluctantly rolled his eyes and muttered, walking out of the front desk at a speed of one meter in five minutes without saying a word in reply! I don’t want it anymore! I ran to the front and there was tribute tea within a minute. I don’t know what I’m talking about?
I parked at the mall to do some shopping on Main Street, and on my way back, I needed an afternoon pick-me-up. The menu was a bit confusing, and I didn’t feel like figuring out the kiosk, so I asked one of the staff for help. The guy walked me through the options, and I told him I just needed something with coffee. He suggested the cold brew latte—it wasn’t the best drink, but it did the job, and I was able to get in and out without having to run through hoops.
He made it super fast, which I appreciated. Other places ask too many questions about ice levels, sugar, and other details, but he could tell I just wanted to grab and go.
Terrible experience. Bought a rose fragrant tea today that was shown on the menu to to have whip cream and walnut toppings. What actually came back was a original bubble tea without any toppings. Asked the server and he said that's just how they make it, with a pump of rose flavor. I walked away disappointed but hoping it would at least tastes good. Tried it then realized there was no flavoring and it was just a original bubble tea. Now I am angry. Went back to ask for what it was advertised or get a refund. The guy just said they can't do either and no manager was around. This is the most terrible product and customer experience at any drink shop I've been. It reminded me why I avoid CoCo normally but was intrigued to give it a try today. Big mistake. I gave the drink back after just giving one sip after feeling like I got scammed of 7 bucks.
The Floral Rose Milk Tea on the menu does not look like the tea they advertise, pretty picture but over the price costing $9 for a medium drink. The counter person look dull do nothing fancy just pour tea and milk whip cream in a plain white cup that says coco tea logo. The drink was mediocre did not taste like rose tea, fay da bakery better and so is gong cha. It is more expensive than Starbucks for a medium drink. I really am confused with their attitude at this location on Dec 7 around 8pm.
It's so weird. The staff inside are all idle. I wanted to order manually, but the staff directly said that there is no manual ordering, so I can only use the machine! hehe! Sooner or later, the boss of this restaurant will go out of business because of these employees!
