Jianbing was very good and authentic
Quite good jianbing in original form. Definitely leans a bit too oily especially if the get added meat. Some complained about the cold meat added.
I have never had an authentic jian Bing from Beijing or Tianjing but I have seen YouTube videos which made them look amazing. I've tried a number of jian Bing from other cities in China as well as the US and they always fell short, even in China. The crepe was sometimes too thick, the crispy filling was not crispy enough, the packing was too loose with the ingredients falling out, etc.
Watching the lady make the jian Bing here really reminded me of those YouTube videos...read full review

Followsoshi (Quicitop) 快车道 is a great place to get a jianbing, a Chinese savory pancake, in the area. The Peking duck Jian Bing is a popular choice, as the roast duck is sourced from the Corner 28 stand. It is pretty rich and filling. For $6, the classic or signature jianbing is considered the best deal, being delicious, crunchy, slightly greasy, and slightly sweet. It is also huge. The food is very good and cheap. Other options include cold noodle options, beef patties, and donkey rolling, which is sweet and soft. The store clerk is very friendly. Service is fast, with orders ready in under 10 minutes. It is cash only, takeout only, with no seating. The food station is located in the same building as Corner 28, directly across from it.
