2nd best shaved ice I've had in flushing. This is behind Flower and Dessert near Tangram

It was a very bad experience. The service staff at this store were extremely rude! My friend and I ordered ten cups of coffee, a bunch of bread and snacks here. We spent over a hundred dollars. When we went to the front desk to ask for two more cups of ice, the staff there said each cup would cost 1.9 dollars. (over 4 dollars for 2 cups of ice!!?) This is something we simply can't understand. Their attitude was very bad; they didn't greet us, they weren't polite. We will definitely not visit this store again.

Officially done with the Coffee Factory. I’ve been going to this place for 2–3 years, but it’s gotten completely absurd. The coffee tastes like hot water, they removed the outlets so customers can’t charge their laptops for no clear reason, and while some of the staff are rude, the owner is just straight-up mean. I used to love the atmosphere and how chill the café was, but today was my last visit.
On multiple occasions, I’ve asked the owner for a straw and she would either scoff or give me a nasty grin. If you check the other reviews, she already has a bad reputation and clearly gets defensive and pissy about it.
I’ll go as far as to say she looks down on people who aren’t wealthy. Let me explain: this part of Flushing has a lot of upper-middle-class to wealthy customers, and you can visibly see how her attitude shifts. She’s kind and caring toward customers who look rich, but cold and rude to everyone else. It honestly makes me wonder if she removed the outlets so she wouldn’t “lose” her wealthier customers, almost like she doesn’t want people staying too long unless they fit a certain image. So if you're a student, this ain't the place to study trust me.
The workers from years prior super nice! Some of the workers will just judge you the second you reach the counter.
Literally go to any other Coffee establishments! Coffee Monster and coffle house is miles ahead and are super nice.

A cozy and pleasant local coffee shop to pass the time and read a book or share a treat with friends. I got a hot latte with oat milk ($4.75 + additional milk cost). I also tried a multigrain latte for the first time ($5.50) and wow it was delicious. It was not too sweet, warm, fragrant, and thick.

Cute lil coffee shop across from the murray hill lirr. You can grab a coffee and pastry before heading out. Plenty of seats. Lots of cookies. I got a brownie this time. It was tasty.

We stopped by Coffee Factory just to kill some time while waiting for a nearby restaurant to open, and ended up only getting coffee—but it turned out to be a great choice.
The space is spacious and comfortable, with lots of menu options to choose from. Most importantly, the coffee was very good—smooth, well-made, and enjoyable.
A nice place to relax for a bit and grab a solid cup of coffee. We’d definitely come back again.

Great Korean coffee, shaved ice options and desserts. The bathroom needs to be tidier. Dirty bathroom.

Good coffee and place to hang out. Great bingsu. We had the persimmon, green tea matcha and mango. Enjoyed them all and has a fund time there with friends.

As a cafe it’s pretty good. Came to do some work but the WiFi is incredibly slow so may not be the best place of you need the Internet
We tried their Bing su and it was very good, 5 stars! I would recommend it. Very finely shaved ice!

Went to grab quick coffee on Sunday morning but got disappointed by the flavor of their coffee. I ordered a large iced latte but it was bald with no flavor at all. It tased like milk so when i told the barista/cashier about the taste they wanted to charge $2.75 for another shot when i already paid $7 for large ice and milk with little splash of flavor. Insane with the service, never coming back.

Disgusting service, Disgusting attitude.
The old female boss had terrible attitude like someone owed money from her. I walked in to the door and asked politely if I could have a straw or I’m glad to pay for a straw, but she rolled her eyes and giving me a really bad attitude. After I asked politely, several times! And! Asking to pay for a straw, she threw a straw at me and walked away. I am not exaggerating, she literally threw it at me.
As a customer who has been to this place many times and spent money many times, I was treated differently and even felt racially discriminated against because I didn't buy anything in the store and was asking for a straw. Shameful!
