The customer service was extremely disappointing as the staff were unfriendly and dismissive. The pastries were stale and when I requested a substitute in my coffee, they got my order wrong and then became frustrated. Overall, the lack of courtesy and quality was very poor.

I'm writing a review, but it's not worth giving even one star. It's really so bad! First of all, the staff are all very unfriendly. Even if you are in a bad mood, you should not speak negatively to the customer. When I ask about menu explanations and questions, they give me cursory answers as if they are bothered. There are a lot of stories about unfriendly staff in other reviews... I guess they'll just ignore it^^ The drinks and food were not very tasty... And I ordered the same coffee menu, but it tasted different (I want you to try it for yourself^^) He explained that he uses good quality coffee beans, as if he were bragging about his work at a cafe (I'm a little older) (For those who have it)..... It's so tasteless. I feel sorry for the expensive coffee beans haha.

Cashier lady (8/16 afternoon) carelessly bent my card while processing payment and barely apologized. Her attitude was arrogant. Restroom was unusable filthy.

The negative reviews about the management is true. The vibes of this place is not it.
I first asked if a dog service in training could come indoors. They had a dog service friendly notice at the door. They said no and asked for proof/ documents. (Which is not allowed btw)
It was pouring, I asked if their outdoor shed would be open? They said "it's closed today". All this while I was talking to a staff and the manager/owner was right next to her speaking in Korean, telling her what to say to me. Versus the management telling me herself.
Next time, before you put service dog friendly notice, know what it means and how to ask the right questions. Hope you guys do well.

Their shaved ice is the best! The "ice" is made of milk, so that when it melts it transforms into milkshake instead of watery soup. Mango is my personal favorite among other delicious flavors.
Beautiful shop with a very calm yet lovely atmosphere. They have a study room in the back and are open until late, making it very ideal for studying or doing work.
The cashiers were very adorable and sweet. I had a strawberry croffle and green tea latte with oat milk, which were both very tasty yet refreshing. I like that their stuff isn’t too sweet. Also, their prices are very good. In total I only spent ~$13 for the large drink and croffle. I’ll be making the trip here more often.

We came here after eating at a nearby BBQ restaurant since we needed to liven up. We ordered a dessert, double espresso, and a cappuccino to stay. A good-sized dining area, and you get to relax in a cool and inviting atmosphere. The waitress added the previous customer's order onto my order??? Luckily, I spotted the price difference in the credit receipt, and she paid me back quickly with cash.
