I ordered something without eggs bc my sister is allergic, and they messed up my order and put eggs in it anyway. When I told them they just gave me a random donut to make up for it and didn’t want to remake my order. But I kept asking so they eventually did remake it correctly.

Okay so the employees really go through a lot. The people can be so demanding and rude to them. The food is low-mid but thats Dunkin quality. The coffee is good and always well prepared. Employees are very nice it's so reliable that it's 24 hours for anytime coffee cravings . There's always random dirty people just sleeping or knocked out.

I would totally suggest, please, to put the outlets under the counter and not next to the recycle. Because, some people come with their laptops and need somewhere to plug it, that's all. Thanks
