Most authentic Jian Bing you will find in America. Hot, fresh, aromatic, and delicious - you will not regret trying it.
Cash only spot, line can get kind of long. My favorite is the plain egg one without any protein add on. This is the authentic way to enjoy it, if it is your first time I’d recommend this version. That being said, it is hard to go wrong with added protein.

Really was excited to try this place out but ate with not being satisfied. Not sure how this place is hyped. I get it’s cheap for $7 but it taste Blane. No sauce, nothing kicks just the crispy pancake. Yes hot steaming fresh but lacks in flavor. Waited 15 min but not worth it honestly. Small place inside. Good luck finding parking in this crowded area.

Definitely will be busy at any time of the day! Got the $5 jian bing which took about 10 minutes to make. The crepe was fairly soft, so don't expect much crispiness. The meat was somewhat dry but had a good flavor—I just wish there was more of it! The majority of each bite was lettuce so the taste was not very impactful. And though I asked for it spicy, the spiciness was extremely mild. Still, decent value for a portion I would consider to be a light lunch. Certainly expected more from such an esteemed location. I forgot to take a picture of the food because I was so hungry, but I've provided an image of the plastic bag it came in.

Great jianbing, got the classic with the cui bing, though I think everyone else got the you tiao. The portion is very generous and it's very affordable. The wait is not so bad after the morning rush but it's not instant because the crepes are made to order.

This food stall is one that you will constantly hear of if you think about Flushing food. This staple hole in the wall spot offers jianbing (traditional Chinese egg crepes) as well as a variety of other breakfast items. They make your jianbing to order and as it gets kind of busy in the morning, it can take around 20 minutes (that's how long mine took).
Their popular jianbing includes either the classic crispy wafer or the youtiao for $6. But, I wanted some protein in mine so I got their beef jianbing for $8. The portion was HUGE and honestly I could've split it up between two meals. They added hoisin, scallion, and chili oil into it too for more flavor and it was delicious. Highly recommend this food stall.

The Jian Bing is perfect! The egg/dough, sauce, cracker, all work together to make such a great item. It’s also fun to watch them cook it. It’s a very good value since after it’s rolled up and cut in half, it’s two portions that you can split with someone.

Jianbings are made fresh to order so there might be a bit of a wait but it's worth it! They are also best eaten fresh too before the crispy fillings get soggy. I got two jian bings and added chicken to one and beef slices to the second (extra charge). It also came with spicy sauce and cilantro (which I omitted from my orders). The staff were friendly and even offered to double bag my order after I told them it was okay since I'd be eating it right away. One jian bing can definitely be shared as it may not look like a lot but it's super filling just to eat one half.

Got the crepe breakfast sandwich (Jianbing). Was incredible. Never had anything like it before. Makes me drool just thinking about it. Worth the wait!
