Susan was such a welcoming and kind person to meet during our day in flushing. She treated me and my friend like we were family, and was incredibly knowledgeable about tea and the cultures surrounding it. While my friend spoke with her in Chinese, she would happily switch to English so I could fully understand what she was teaching, which truly made me feel appreciated. I wish I could give 10 stars, please support her business.

The menu includes a variety of meats and seafood, and some guests have even received complimentary beverages and lamb chops. With private areas or shared tables, each with individual pots, Xiang Tea provides a unique dining experience. While some guests have experienced minor issues with service, the overall experience is top-notch, making it a highly recommended spot for hotpot lovers.
