This is a small chain of family owned bakeries that just delivers consistently with the main Chinese items Pineapple cakes, milk tea and lotus leaf wrap, we been coming for last 3 decades and they haven’t change but are just good at delivering wholesome bake goods cakes for those special. We love the selections and variety here. This one is worth to stop into.

I've been there several times, and the staff is quite rude. They make faces, throw things, and seem to get upset over anything. They treat customers poorly. The place would probably be empty if it weren't for the good food.

The food and drinks are good. The staff here are ill manner and they talk very, very loud in Hockchew dialect. And I heard a number of times they reprimanded some senior citizens for speaking Cantonese to them as if their dialect is the official language. It's lucky that there's no Starbucks around here. Come on, please be a little polite and civilized. Don't be nasty and always fight with your customers.

My mom and I have been to this place and bought egg tarts and milk tea. The food was wonderful, and the service was wonderful. The atmosphere is that it is quiet and sometimes busy with people putting in things, and others.

If you stand there enough you should able to see that they REUSED the coffee pod or bean multiple time WITHOUT changing it. I saw it this morning around 7am where it is not busy. Where the worker didn try to care that we could see it and leave it out in the open in the machine. The coffee always taste like old wash down where i pointed out that they reused the stuff. Plus that machine look DITY and havent been CLEAN for YEARS. The Milk they used is light and bad. And the other things reduce size. LIKE THEY TRYING TO SAVE PENNE FOR TASTE. Also They given me wrong size.

They make their stuff fresh at 715 am, I recommend the pineapple buns with the sweet filling. Have lots of Chinese bakery things at good prices.

I got the chicken puff and the triangle food and the coffee. The food are overcook and tough to chew. The one in mott street fayda is much better. Would not recommend this branch.
This bakery my mom and I went many years ago and the food there was nice and my mom bought two milk tea one for me and her and the service was wonderful and fast. The atmosphere was quiet.

I went to this location today at 10am, and all the shelves were wide open. What is the point to use shelves if you are going to leave them open + prices are not displayed due to that.
What is the purpose of having shelves if they are not protecting the product from germs of people walking around?
Also, when I was checking out, the cashier provided me a paper bag that was on the floor instead giving me one of the clean ones on the counter.
How do you want to retain customers if this is the service you provide?

Best coffee!! Better than McD’s or Dunkin’s 💥!!! This place( opposite Food Plus supermarket at Kissena corner Elder street) is always clean, only a few tables available. The other sites (Main street opposite Post office) are not as clean and well maintained.
