Oh my goshh the employees are so nice. Like extremely friendly and chatty I love it. So many vegan options and they also care to help me find out if something is vegan or not. Snacks and drinks are yummy and well made. The atmosphere is so cute and cozy and nice. Good crowd too, I always like going to a cafe and seeing people quietly studying or doing work or chatting at a good volume, stuff like that. It feels very community to me. Love it

its a nice place. if you're looking for somewhere quiet and chill, this probably isn't it, or it probably depends on the day and time you go. On a Friday afternoon, they had dance music playing at a pretty loud volume, but people didn't seem to mind - almost everyone was studying/doing work with headphones in. great spot for that! I personally didn't like the atmosphere, the black walls inside aren't my vibe. the tea and sandwich I got are just ok. staff was kind!

Cafe Grey is hands down the best cafe in Queens! The customer service here is absolutely fantastic — every single staff member is incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, you feel like a valued guest, not just a customer.
Their drinks are consistently delicious — from smooth, rich coffee to refreshing specialty beverages, everything is crafted with care and great taste. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick cup or settling in to relax, Cafe Gray delivers on all fronts.
It’s the only cafe I ever recommend in Queens. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out. Go visit — you’ll be glad you did!

I’ve been on the hunt for spots with good coffee and a space to either work or read one of my books. This place was perfect for both! Tons of space, both indoors and outdoors depending on your preference, and they’ve got food too!

This is such a cute little but big coffee shop. It’s the perfect place to study, get work done, catch up with anyone or enjoy on your own. The employees’ attitudes are super kind. The pastries, desserts, and other food items are 10/10. I haven’t really tried any of the other drink options because once an employee recommended their chaga coffee, I fell in loved! I get it both hot and iced :) but I’m sure everything else tastes great. I appreciate your amazing work !

Good place for study.

Excellent cafe with tons of space, great drinks/food and friendly service. Sometimes they fall into the same trap as other cafes in Flushing though, and play the same few songs on repeat for hours. Last time I was here they played the same small 60’s playlist for 8hrs straight. No exaggeration. Get ready to hear “Build Me Up Buttercup” 25 times. So bring headphones if you plan on staying a while.

Heads up to management too, the bathroom here is consistently a mess. The garbage can foot lever is broken so apparently everyone is just throwing paper towels on the ground. A new garbage can would remedy this.
