The experience at this place was wonderful this is because my sister and I ordered lots of food like minced pork congee with preserved egg, steamed pork ribs, and mixed mushrooms with pea leaves. The food tastes wonderful and the service is good but can be busy when lots of people are ordering. The atmosphere can be noisy when people are talking.

Dietary restrictions: If there are any dietary restrictions just tell the waiter and that they will alter it for you.

Food potion is good. Atmosphere is nice. But the waiters attitude is bad. We went during lunch hour. Not all table is full. But we waited for 10 min for the waitress to come take our order with bad attitude. There attitude and service is so not worth our 18% gratitude that is automatically changed on your bill.

The service attitude is not good and the food tastes average. Neither the chef nor the waiters are from Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong restaurant has a false name. Please pay attention to diners after checking out. This restaurant will change the tip at will. The tip is stipulated as 18% on the receipt. When returning the credit card, the tip becomes 22%. Is this the time when the capital turnover is insufficient and we are ready to grab money? Haha, I will never patronize this store again.

The meal was too salty. There was too much sauce. The salt and pepper, rice and fish were very popular. I didn’t know where the waiter had gone after the meal. When I saw the waiter, one of them had a smile, but there was no service. Automatic +18% tip.

Where is the whole lobster?First time visit.I ordered a Lobster Congee to go. On the menu, it states that a whole lobster will be included in the congee. After getting home, we found out there was a small claw, head, a tail (broken into two pieces), and several small pieces of shell/bones.But where is the body of the lobster? Of the two containers of congee, we did not have even one piece of lobster body.One wait staff was kind of rude when we asked questions.Will not go back.

They are lucky they automatically add 18% tip to the bill. I would have given them 10 and they didn't even deserve that. The waitresses completely ignored us after taking out order. We had to flag down the cook to get any service. Also, the soup came out after our 2 entrees were served. I would have asked to have it taken off the bill but they just left it and we couldn't get their attention again until we wanted the bill. Ridiculous! I am giving 3 stars for the food which was OK and the price and the man (I think he was the cook) who helped us.
