Hard to find great Taiwanese places these days. OK Canaan and OK Ryan (same owners) are top tier and authentic. Everything from Taiwanese sausage to pork chops to steamed lemon fish to egg tofu is incredible! They also have fresh made Taiwanese drinks — I recommend the grass jelly. If you want a specialty items like the steamed fresh fish, be sure to let them know in advance so they can make sure to have inventory. You won’t regret it.
The spicy stinky hot pot is super delicious, and the ingredients are also very real! There are stinky tofu, pig intestines, pig blood cakes, fish fillets, beef slices, shrimps... and baby cabbage and glass noodles. The soup base tastes very good and has the aroma of Sichuan peppercorns. I like it very much. The boss and waiters are very friendly, just like the aunt next door. It feels like I'm back in Taiwan. Highly recommended!

We ordered several dinner dishes to go and were happy with all dishes we ordered. We liked that the meat dishes were all meats and not with half vegetables underneath to take up space. The flavors of all the dishes were very good. We really liked the food and looked forward to try their sister restaurant named Ok Ryan soon.
