I really love this shop. They can customize birthday cakes, and the kids absolutely adore them.

as I was going to order I was patiently waiting for my turn because some people were still deciding on what to order and I was ready and there was no one behind me so I was the first than these group of people came and skipped me and I was told from the worker there to go back all the way back to the line to order I said “I came here first” the man looked at the other customer and ignored me and continued taking his order . I got super pissed and just left at that point. there service there is ass the people that work allll have attitude they don’t smile and don’t have energy to even look at u while there taking ur order very rude people and they take forever to make ur order. I could swear that rude employees like these ruin the image of haagen daz ice cream ( ILOVE HAAGEN DAZ)

This place is an ice cream store and people come here to buy ice cream that I have been to this place to buy chocolate ice cream and the ice cream was delicious the service was awesome and the atmosphere was quiet.

When I buy a cake, I only get two small candles. There are no cutlery or plates. I called and said it would not be delivered. When ordering a cake, I have to buy the tableware myself. This is the first time I have encountered such a thing in my life when ordering a cake. Bad review. ,

I got a cake from this place and payed $84 for nothing. I asked them to write “happy birthday dad” on it and they didn’t. They didn’t even show me the cake, they acted sneaky, so when I got home I see there nothing on the cake. I called to complain and they said “well we did give you a birthday sign” which isn’t at all what I had asked for. To make things better they didn’t want to give me a refund.

The price of ice cream is very reasonable and the value for money is very high. In addition, my favorite is their Oreo flavor, which is definitely worth a try!
