I got a cake from this place and payed $84 for nothing. I asked them to write “happy birthday dad” on it and they didn’t. They didn’t even show me the cake, they acted sneaky, so when I got home I see there nothing on the cake. I called to complain and they said “well we did give you a birthday sign” which isn’t at all what I had asked for. To make things better they didn’t want to give me a refund.

The decoration inside the shop is very unique, and the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. It is a good place to relax and enjoy food. The service staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, and the flavors they recommend are also in line with my preferences. The price of ice cream is very reasonable and the value for money is very high. In addition, my favorite is their Oreo flavor, which is definitely worth a try! I came here for the first time yesterday and saw the haagen dazs store. There were so many flavors that I didn’t know which one to choose every time, so I went over and asked them which one was more delicious.they told me the Belgian chocolate was so good also They were very patient and let me try them one by one. In the end, I still chose Belgian chocolate milkshake it tastes really good. There’s two staff in the store both are very friendly.and the cake so pretty !! I will come again next time.
