This was one of my favorite Korean restaurants 10 years ago when I lived in the area. My grandfather used to always say that this restaurant reminded him of his hometown. Came back yesterday and it did not disappoint. Extremely friendly staff and the flavors are so authentic. My wife was so impressed and we had such a great experience. I tried the Yangnyeom Galbi today, and it was absolutely amazing! πŸ˜‹
The meat was thick, tender, and perfectly marinated β€” every bite was full of rich, savory-sweet flavor. The balance between sweetness and saltiness was spot-on, and the smoky charcoal aroma made it even better.
There was no gamey smell at all, and it paired perfectly with a bowl of rice 🍚πŸ”₯

Sooooo good! Steak and Shrimp with seafood pancake πŸ’š the Banchan are excellent (love the peanuts especially) and the attention of service is Michelin worthy.

There’s a reason Hahm Ji Bach is open 24 hours a day and always packed - it is soooo good!
