Very clean and welcoming - you feel jasmine everywhere
The drinks here are very good. Some Google commented that it is very busy here. I found it very fast after ordering in the store. Basically, everyone can get it in about 8 minutes. There are many false comments here that will mislead customers. If you like fruit tea, I highly recommend it here.
the drinks here are really really good but i can't justify the wait time. mind you the store is next to empty and it's been nearly 40 minutes since i ordered two drinks? these drinks are good but not 40 minute wait good.
if you want to order here, go for it but you better clear your schedule for the next hour or just order from the prince street location.
Can’t go wrong with Heytea 💜
Busy but haven't had an order be wrong. Service is pretty quick when ordering online. Sucks what they did to main street, so if you are driving in, you'll need to park somewhere and walk to it.
When you order you have to wait like as long as they taken
This will be my last time visiting this branch. I ordered a drink through the app, and when it showed “ready for pickup,” I went to the store—only to find my tea wasn’t even started. The line for both orders and pickups was extremely long, and the whole place felt chaotic. The staff looked overworked, especially with complicated buy-one-get-one matcha drink orders.
I didn’t even use the deal, yet my time (and everyone else’s) was wasted. If the store is this busy, the app should be turned off instead of making customers wait endlessly. I had to stand in line again just to ask for a refund, and the cashier told me they couldn’t process it—I had to contact the app. After reaching out to the app, they said to call the merchant for verification. A painful back-and-forth with zero accountability.
I’ve never had to wait over 30 minutes for a simple drink. Completely unacceptable. Wuxian Tea makes my order and delivers with a smile in under 5 minutes. That’s where I’ll be going from now on. Bye bye HeyTea Main St branch!
Hey Tea is a bubble tea place. The smell inside reminds me of my China Trip (where they have Hey Tea in China as well). They were able to replicate the drink from China. Recommend to order beforehand using the app as the wait times and lines can be atrocious. Arguably one of the top bubble tea chains in NY in my opinion.
Cloud Mango and Supreme Matcha? Next level. The best I’ve ever had — hands down.
Very nice coffeeshop ❤️

Their assortment of bubble teas is great. I like how they always seem to have new offerings and their Buy One Get One FREE Deals are awesome! Whenever I pass by the area, I always get one, but getting two for the price of one is even more amazing! lol

I’m sure we all love the drinks here and I know a lot of customers but wait time for just 1 drink 30 minutes + can the employees work faster??
Very poor quality of fruit must have been used, mango. I am guessing people are ok if sugar is added, but I picked option with no sugar and mango was very bland and not sweet. I got maybe „2 slurs” with sweet fruit. If you charge $9 for this , better invest in a better quality of ingredients! And it is mid of summer, this should be a prime flavor.
The mango bloom drink was good and the service was good
