Ok. So I normally order from Hang Hotpot because I didn’t know Incredibowl was also on UberEats. Incredibowl is so much better than Hang and $2 cheaper than Hang for the 2 person large meal. The food is also whole and not chopped to bitty pieces like they do at Hang. I’m obsessed with dry hotpot bowls. Incredibowl is flavorful and comes with whole pieces of beef, sausages, etc. this will be my new go to UberEats place.

I tried the new product of this store-Korean fried chicken. so yummy It's very crisp ,and it has a sweet and sour taste. Btw, there is a whole box for only 13 bucks , which is much cheaper than other places. But it's still good as other stores. very delicious. I have been eating spicy hot pot here all the time, but now I like the new Korean fried chicken also! Next time I am gonna try their rice cake！

I ordered online through their website. They cancelled my order and never informed me. When I walked in they didnt explain anything. This place has the worst, unfriendly service I have ever experienced. Go some place else. Save your money. They deserve to go out of business.

I've never dined in at Incredibowl, but I ordered an extra large bowl (spicy) through Uber Eats and immediately hopped on Yelp after finishing it. When I tell you the food is the bomb.com giiiiiiirl! It was really spicy, especially because they used prickly oil (numbs your mouth) but it only made the food better. The sausages weren't great, but the rest of it was amazing. It also came with 3 free sides of rice, all a decent portion. I split it with my friend and we have leftovers for later. Highly recommend if you're a fan of spicy asian cuisine because Incredibowl has got it in the bag!

Terrible. This store should be permanently shut down. I order this around 7 pm, the tofu skin tastes sour and tough. The rest of the thing just taste very plain, like they throw everything into the boiling water and then seasoned it with sauce. I am sure they didn’t stored the material properly cuz it doesn’t taste fresh at all.

I ordered off seamless at 11am and it said it would be delivered around 11:50am. They made me wait 1 hour while notifying me about my order just to tell me that it got cancelled at the very last minute. I think as a business if an order were to be cancelled, the customer should be notified immediately but instead they were updating me saying how my order was almost ready at around 11:55am according to the texts I attached below. This was a sudden cancelation and the fact that they don't pick up the phone after multiple attempts just shows that they're not the most trustworthy place to get your food delivered from.

We always order from this place at least once or twice per week and first couple of times were great. Delivery took bit longer but the food was good. And since last three order, they started to play tricky.. I always order beef and fish ball and Taiwan sausage with my dry hot pot bowl and they put TWO pieces of beef, ONE fish ball and ONE sausage! And fill up the $15 bowl with all veges !!!!! Excuse me then what's the point that you put up the list to let people pick what they want in their bowl? Very disappointed.. and last Saturday order , they didn't put what I ordered in my bowl NO LOBSTER BALL NO FISH BALL! I ORDERED IT AGAIN CZ MY COWORKERS LOVE THE TASTE AND SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN WHICH MAKES SO MAD !!! HOPEFULLY THE OWNER COULD READ THIS AND MAKE DIFFERENCE

I crave this one in a while and it's cheap. I like getting this in mild to keep it safe-- sometimes ordering medium is the perfect amount of spice but sometimes it's just way too spicy for me to handle. Reason why I brought it down to 2 stars is because I found a hair in my food :/

choose your own toppings for the mala spicy bowl. you have protein to veggie options. all foods are raw and fresh. get as many toppings as you like because it goes by weight. little did i know my incredibowl came out to be 28$ and it comes with rice. imagine how full you'll be for the rest of the week! i chose a little less than mild spicy and it was perfect for me. will come back to the food court to try the other northern chinese cuisines!
