It’s more of a take out, I wouldn’t dine in. They weren’t on top of our service despite us being the only people there. Every time I asked for something they either were out or just did not have it. And having to walk to the restroom through the kitchen was not convenient at all and dangerous.

I recently visited Kabul Kebab House, and while the food itself was good, the overall experience was very disappointing because of the poor service and billing issues.
The service was slow and inattentive, and the staff did not seem organized or customer-focused. On top of that, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming, which took away from what should have been an enjoyable meal.
The biggest issue, however, was the overcharging. Not only were the prices high for the level of service provided, but we were also charged for the wrong item on the bill, which caused us to be overcharged even more. This kind of mistake is frustrating and unacceptable, especially when customers already feel they’re paying too much.
Overall, despite the good food, the bad service, poor atmosphere, and incorrect billing make it hard to recommend Kabul Kebab House. I won’t be returning unless these issues are seriously addressed.

anybody who gives this place anything less than 5 stars should not be trusted. this place is phenomenal and known for the most delicious white sauce. Ask anyone from my family when we come here, wallahi we end up putting more white sauce than we know what to do with. The whole plate can be drowning in it and it’s still amazing. Came here with my friend recently and was given baklava that was also so amazing. Staff were so kind. Love this place keep up the amazing work. Been supporting for years and years more to come!

Terrible customer service, rude as hell. Called to place an order and had my wife on hold for 30 mins. Man had the worst attitude I’ve seen in a while. He was talking to my wife like he had other places to be in such a rude way. At the end he said it’s a family business and I can only order in person and “they policy make policies as they go”. Do not recommend if you have a family. Food will be as bad as their attitude. Calling the manager tomorrow to let him know as well.

I use to come here a lot of with my family and the food use to be great. I came back here after a while and the food was off. The bread they gave was cold and dry and the main course was just bland. They charged us a “sharing fee” for wanting extra plates which was weird since they never did this before and when we asked them why we were charged this, the supposed owner just stated acting aggressive. It would’ve been fine if he just told us the reason calmly but he didn’t and made a big deal out of it. He had a foul mouth and was acting aggressive in general he had no proper work etiquette. It’s shame since this restaurant use to be so good but after this experience I won’t be coming back.
