I usually go to the Jamaica Queens or Forest Hills location. Today, I did a mobile order at this location for ginger milk tea with oat milk. My mom never complained about the drink before until now. I ended up throwing it out as she said it tasted funny.

The stupid front desk woman doesn't know how to work, so don't go out to work. She can't hear the guests clearly. Her voice is too low. She cuts corners when making drinks. She makes mistakes and doesn't take the initiative to apologize to the guests. I suggest you fire her. Otherwise, she will go bankrupt sooner or later.

Too bad, this is the third time. I brought it for a friend. Once, the mouth of the cup was not sealed. The other two times, the cup was broken and leaked out of my backpack. I bought two cups today and they were both broken and leaked. I bought a package and couldn't get through to their phone number, but I bought another one and it was fine! !
