Found this place on our way from JFK to our house after a long flight. We could not have been happy with our experience. We had the pleasure of having Charlie as our server and he was personable and welcoming. The food was fresh delicious and served quickly. I had the waffle with fruit and Nutella it was excellent My husband had a tuna sandwich with french fries and fresh squeezed orange juice. Both really hit the spot after a long day of traveling. Will definitely make this our stop anytime we travel from JFK. Highly recommend.

I gotta give it up for this place 🔝 The food is fresh and well cooked, I noticed that the two times I’ve been there (for someone with stomach issues) Definitely a place to come back, the environment is also very nice, clean and quiet. Don’t judge this place without trying it for yourself! The food was so good that my son wanted to go back twice in the same day — and as a teenage boy, it’s rare for him to leave his room even once, let alone twice. My daughter loved it too!
The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all truly top-notch. Highly recommend!

The service was great and very attentive!! The menu now has additional Colombian, Peruvian, and Mexican food options. Our server was quick to notice that our drinks weren't to our liking and she adjusted them for us. The food came out fairly quickly and the inside of the restaurant was decently warm. The food itself was decent.

This diner is a jewel in residential Whitestone. Surrounded by private houses, you are likely to miss the diner. We are an ova-lacto-vegetarian family. We ate vegetarian quesadillas and tacos. Neither of them were on the menu but they substituted pinto beans for meat and it was amazing. I would say it is a quaint little diner with amazing tex-mex food!
