This place is literally disgusting... water dripping from ceilings, food everywhere, sauce bar was a mess, customer service was terrible

The place is very nice and organized, and also a bit cramped. The food was self service besides the meat—which you can ask a server to get you some more if you get the AYCE deal. The service was also a bit rushed towards the end, servers check up on you and ask if you’re done then they rush you out because they have more people waiting to be seated.

Went here for the first time for my mom’s birthday! Honestly, quality and variety of ingredients is the best we have had in the city. There isn’t a tablet ordering system so I was worried that the servers wouldn’t be able to remember their orders but they never forgot anything, very impressed!
If I could recommend something, I have been to hot pot places that offer soy milk as a beverage option which is SO good. All the beverage options that aren’t water is soda and as someone who doesn’t like carbonated drinks I would love a non-carbonated one! I found myself missing soy milk. 😂
Will definitely recommend this place and come back!

One of my favorite places to go. The food, the price and the service are all just perfect.
I’m a die-hard black beef tripe fan, I have been here multiple times. This place has it on their premium menu. The first few dishes were fine, but then this came out — and I don’t even want to know what happened to this poor tripe.
Plus, the dessert on the premium menu is bioengineered ice cream. :) If you care about food quality and your health, I’d recommend going somewhere else.

Many of the self-service areas were empty, and the food service was very slow! During the 90-minute dining time, you rarely see a waiter, and after the meal, you have to pay not only the meal cost but also a hefty tip, even though I received almost no service.

Every meal delivers satisfaction from first bite to last. The food was prepared correctly. Workers showed warmth in their service. This place captures neighborhood essence. The employees treated us wonderfully, and I'll return when nearby.

Good Place.
Love it, it’s a rlly good hotpot especially in queens and I haven’t explored any other hot pot after this one. I’m not sure if it’s halal or not but I read online it is but still not confirmed

Save your money and don’t come here at all. I’ve seen cheaper hot pot places that have better quality and variety of ingredients than this. The broths have no flavor whatsoever. I mean isn’t that the basics of hot pot? The broth? I love mala that’s why I wanted to come to an authentic place but it just taste like spicy oil with a whiff of mala. Never coming back here ever again.
If you looking for all you can eat. And basic meat. I recommend here. I always get the first 1 $21.99 for lunch and dinner $24.99. That is enough for me for vegetarian option. Spicy soup is the best
