Union Sushi is a great little spot that impresses with its cleanliness and the fresh aroma of sushi. The restaurant takes pride in serving high-quality, daily-fresh sushi, and their lemonade is made fresh on-site, though it may need a bit of extra sugar. Customers have enjoyed the salmon platter, nigiri, and miso soup. Many have praised the large proportions and the fact that they make their own ramen noodles. The atmosphere is lively, with sushi being made in front of diners. Free hand rolls are often included as a bonus. Overall, Union Sushi is a highly recommended sushi destination, known for its amazing special roll platters and fresh ingredients.
