I often order takeout from this restaurant. My sister is very nice when I answer the phone. I directly ask the delivery boy to tip me five yuan and give it to her tomorrow. I like it. Sometimes it’s not about money. Attitude is really important (at least for me)
This place is a classic FJ Chinese style cooking, and I wouldn't stray to far from those dishes. The dishes are very cheap and descent sized portions. We like the mei fen, usually veggies and sliced pork. Razor clams cooked in bean sauce is one of our favorites . The restaurant is very old and is in need of an upgrade, and possibly not so hygenic but we try not to think of that too much.
Little to no service. Chef went home and we were not notified while waiting for our last dish. We didn't even know until we asked. Questionable cleanliness. While we were eating staff member randomly sat down on our table and started calculating stuff and talking on the phone. Low prices, food was decent but took quite a while to arrive (an average five to ten minute wait between dishes). Overall would've eaten elsewhere if it wasn't for time.
