I wish there was a 0 star option, I was there a while ago, I was waiting 20 minutes for an order, and after that they practically wanted to treat me as a thief, for a medium fries 🤣, they wanted to let me know that they had already delivered it to me, when they realized that wasn't the case, they didn't even apologize.

Worst customer service mcdonald’s they just hire all hispanics and probably pay them 5 bucks an hour the workers ignore you and calls the order and immediately turns their back, takes mad long to get your food and when you do it’s already cold. They prepare your order call it and ignores you leaves it on the side and then continuously ignore you until you yell at them to give you your order

I ordered with Uber Eats: I Ordered a Big Mac meal large and 10 piece McNuggets. I ordered the 2 sauces they come with and an additional two. I got 0 sauces and to add salt to the wound got my Coke with no straw. The nuggets are useless to me without sauces and their French fries were EXTREMELY UNDERCOOKED. Again 0 sauces for fries or nuggets.
To the person who prepared my bag, how hard is it to make sure you include all items from receipt? Honestly, how hard is your job??? Look at yourself in the mirror, have a long conversation with yourself and DO BETTER. thanks to NYC taxes and fees I spent 45 dollars and did NOT enjoy my meal so thank you.

I was sitting down ordering my food online through my phone and waiting upstairs in a table when this old lady interrupted me and said why are you sitting here and I said I’m waiting for my food to be ready to go downstairs and pick it up and she just looked at me with this bad look in her eyes. After my boyfriend went to pick up the food while I stayed upstairs just sitting and she said why are you sitting in a 4 seater and I said I can seat here and I saw a person sitting a 4 seater place too and I told her okay then go tell them and she just looked at me w this bad look and walked away. Really bad service she should mind her own business not to be disrespectful though.
