I’ve been coming to this location since I was a kid, and back in the 2000s through the 2010s, the service was consistently great and professional. Unfortunately, that’s changed in recent years.
During my recent visit, I ordered at the kiosk and paid at the counter. The receipt clearly showed my order and number, but the person taking payment—who I recognized as a manager from my own past experience working at McDonald’s—tried to charge me for a completely different order: a Happy Meal. When she told me the price, I was confused because a Double Quarter Pounder meal and a 10-piece nugget clearly don’t add up to $11. If she had simply checked the ticket and read the order carefully, the mix-up could have been avoided. Still, mistakes happen, and I was willing to let that go.
What really disappointed me was what came next. The person who handed me my food ignored me when I asked for a straw. Then, when I got home, I found that my large fries were barely half full and completely unseasoned. I understand fries can settle or get soggy over time, but this wasn’t a matter of a few minutes—it was clear they hadn’t been filled properly to begin with.
Sadly, the professionalism and attention to detail that used to define this location are no longer there.
The thing I would say is they burgers they put is neatly done and messy like other places.

Horrible service from the old lady from el salvador i think shes the manager or supervisor i went to buy and all rushed and talking almost yelling when asked her a question shes yells at the other employee alway with a bad attitude she definitely needs training on how to deal with customers

My friend and I ordered food, and there was an old cleaning lady who kept urging us to leave, but we hadn't finished eating yet, and she even asked me to give her my phone.

This location opens at 6 am, it starts accepting mobile order at 6 am. The ridiculous part is this location frequently don’t open the door on time, even when you place mobile order you have to wait until they are happy to serve. Don’t take any order before the door is open. I believe the store manager does not work at the early morning shift. And these idiots do whatever they want.

Ordered food on the app while on the way to work. Simple enough, the app says it's open and Google says it's open 24hrs so life is good. I get here and was denied entry because they weren't ready to be open and I already clicked i was the in the app.
I waited 20 plus minutes for two breakfast biscuits and when I told TWO different employees they just said “yeah” or “ok” when multiple different people got their food before me

Porky trained employees. Slow service for having as many employees at one time. The service should be a lot faster and organized. They’re cheap with the fries. Ordered a happy meal with only 10 fries and no sauce for the chicken nuggets.
