The place was full of homeless people, and the smell was unbearable. Waiting for one order took forever and the environment was really uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back.

The McDonald's is always crowded.The staff is frustrated due to the fact that it's always crowded! They have security , but he does a terrible job. I've seen multiple fights in this establishment that could have been avoided if security was paying attention.

The franchise owner/operator should genuinely be ashamed for how they run this restaurant. They give the staff no resources to be successful and provide decent service. They don’t have enough security to manage the shady people within and outside the store. I have complained to corporate and gotten no response.
Monica staff cleaner was very rude very unprofessional nasty attitude didnt want to be spoken to lied about not having restroom key even tho had proof of purchasing food there also every worker there tagged along until i brought up writing a review the key all of a sudden appeared.. 11/12/25 around 9-10

Like any food establishment during peak hours it may take a little longer to get your meal so I prefer the drive-through otherwise the people are polite. The food is good

At this location you can order both at the kiosk or at the counter and the wait was pretty short. Our order was packed correctly and the food was good.
