Went today for the first time. Asked for an everything bagel with Scallion cream cheese, lox, capers, onions, tomato, and bacon; the whole works. The lovely lady who helped us chopped everything so we got everything in one bite! The place had a great vibe, super sweet and helpful people, 10 out of 10 will be back again.

I walked in and the guy behind the counter had his back to me and on his phone. I asked if they were open because there were no bagels in the racks and he said yes and never turned around to tend to me. So I walked out! Very unprofessional!

What a great little shop! The new owners are so friendly and welcoming, and there are always regulars here which gives it a homey atmosphere. Food is really delicious and bagels are fresh, a little softer and more tender than your average NY bagel. I love taking my baby here, he loves to people-watch and everyone is so pleasant!

I am sooo happy I found this bagel shop! Not only is the bagel fresh and yummy! My personal favourite is pumpernickel…it’s the service and atmosphere as well, so cozy and very nice people! I am a nanny and I love to bring my baby there, he remains chill and loves the crowd…it’s a must visit!!!!

I was waiting to go to the spa across the street and happened upon this place. Let me just say woah! Heena Bagel is amazing. The owners are warm and kind and I always go there for my bacon egg and cheese lightly toasted buttered everything bagel salt pepper ketchup lol 😆. It’s gotten to the point now where they know my order. The bagels are made fresh in house and you can really tell due to the quality and chew with a nice chewy interior and bready crunchy exterior. I travel here from the Jamaica LIRR stop just to get my hands on a Heena bagel and I’m someone who never writes google reviews so you know it has to be worth it lol.
