Bagels suck. This is basically a roll not a bagel shop bagels. They are oversized and bready on the inside. Heena is selling bagels you buy at key food, not a real nyc bagels. I expect this kind of bagel from a 7eleven not a bagel place. On top of that they have a C rating from the health department- last stop before being shut down.
My sister and I have been to this place months ago and that ordered bagel with cream cheese. The food was wonderful, and the service was wonderful. The atmosphere was that there were some people in there doing things.

The bagels and coffee are almost always very good. Service is great. When I went recently they weren’t playing any music or had the TV on, a light was flickering, and it was very hot inside with no fan or AC. Hopefully this gets improved as well as the C grade Health Inspection.
