Rude staff. Brought 5 customers to order drinks because I always highly recommended the place before. Yesterday we were all there, laughing having good conversation waiting for our drink order around 9 PM and of course we were having a good time so we did get a little loud, but definitely not the point to be considered rowdy. In the middle of our conversation, the staff turned the music up really loudly. My friends and I were in disbelief and we got quiet as a sign. Pretty insulting to be honest, we were honestly only there for less than 10 minutes to get our drinks. As always the drinks were good but the employee spoiled the entire experience

strawberry yakult for the win. It’s so good w a bits of strawberry jelly to chew. The snackies options are cool too, I would love to try.Interior is cute and pink, no bathroom. But nice seating.

Cafe full of cute cats on their pink walls on Bell in Bayside! Love hanging out and doing work here, especially since they serve bubble tea and cute snacks. Whenever I visit Momo Ashi, I rotate between drinks such as their Thai milk bubble tea, peach milk tea, Yakult mango bubble tea, coffee milk tea, etc. My go-to drink always has Yakult in it! If you opt for golden pearl tapioca (more brown sugar taste), it's a longer wait for them to finish making it. Their snack options are good too, like their monigiris, and their cheese + kimchi cola beef pawninis. The wifi is fast here, with plenty of outlets at every table to do work at. The bathroom is clean and the staff is friendly. Around 3pm in the afternoon, it gets super crowded and very loud with youngins. I'm back whenever I'm in Bayside~
I‘ve enjoyed eating their spicy tuna nigiri cuz it was so good but at some point, they put TOO MUCH of vinegar to store raw tuna more longer and sadly the taste was not what it used to be.

Great place to hang out and play card games & board games since they have long and wide tables.Food is ok, I usually get the Onigiri as a snack.The drinks can be a bit too sweet for my fiancée and I even after asking for 30-50% sugar. I really like the hot jasmine milk tea with grass jelly. Try out the Earl Grey Waffle as well!Employees are usually kind and welcoming.Prices are standard bubble tea prices except I think it's worth it because of the nice tables.

I ordered tuna and crab onigiri and received a pork and crab onigiri. Just ruined the whole experience. I ordered drinks with bubbles and they didn't even give straws! Lack of service and quality.

I love this place. The passion fruit green tea is my favorite drink from here. I love their monigiris too. The staff is so kind. I forgot to add boba because I decided I wanted it after all in the passion fruit green tea, and they kindly added it for me even though they were busy when I came in at night today. I also recommend the wamochi, which is so good. I love the brown sugar one.

I came in as they opened and ordered 2 drinks. I waited about 10 minutes. The employees were behind the counter. One employee made the drinks after the other employee said something about the customer waiting. It was already a while at that point. Just don’t seem attentive to customers. The chairs were also not set out for customers yet. Was not impressed with this place.
