Yesterday, we attempted to order takeout from a restaurant after completing our meal. We tried to clarify that we wanted the takeout bill separate from the dining bill. Unfortunately, the waitress couldn't understand English and made an error. Although we were willing to accept the mistake, we attempted to explain our needs slowly to help the waitress comprehend. Suddenly, she used the term "shibal," which is a vulgar term in Korean. It's important to note that using vulgar language is neither respectful nor appropriate (Quora). We are unsure whom she directed the term "shibal" towards. Upon arriving home with the takeout, we discovered only two items instead of three. While I understand the challenges an Asian person may face when learning a second or third language, it does not excuse the waitress's poor attitude or the missing food.

What a homely Korean place! We visited for late lunch (3+pm) and there were a couple of tables occupied. I was very very impressed with the banchan- they served warm fish cakes and tofu!! I was so touched, love it!We ordered 2 soups and a seafood pancake. The spicy galbi tang came with big pieces of galbi, they were soft altho I wished they were thinner pieces. The clear fish and vegetables soup was nice too. The pancake was crispy and came with a lot of ingredients.Overall very satisfied with this meal and can’t wait to be back to try the raw crab!

This place is solid 5. Raw crab is sweet and well marinated. Easy to eat with the shell crasher. Reasonable pricing and authentic food and various food options. Food are served very fast and warm. Owner is very nice and kind. You know place serve hot barley tea is legit place.

It is a perfect place which reminds me of the street restaurant in South Korean. My factory is the raw crab, especially the soy sauce one. Highly recommended for those who wants to try authentic Korean foods. It is not the fancy atmosphere but the foods is sooo good. Btw, the next door restaurant is a Michelin recommended restaurant. Looks great bbq place.
I ordered the raw marinated crabs a few days ago and first impression, was really disappointed with the portion. It was extremely small for 30 dollars and it was also way too salty. I suffered from a migraine due to how salty it was. Then a few hours later, I started vomiting and having diarrhea, along with a fever. It was the worst few days of my life. This place used to be really good...can't believe it turned out like this.
