Signal is open surprisingly late, so my friend and I came for a late dinner around 10 pm on a Thursday night. The entire restaurant was empty for the entire time we were there. It seems that the restaurant may have changed names since the menu and the interior also had a different name. The menu was similar to what we saw online though, so my friend got the shrimp fried rice and I ordered the bulgogi cream pasta. Food was amazing. We had the Bulgogi Pasta and Chicken Wings and they were very good. The chicken was made fresh and the flavors of the pasta went well together too. The drinks were also good.
