We ordered big plate chicken 大盘鸡 cumin lamb 孜然羊肉 lamb kebab 羊肉串 and their yogurt & milk tea.

Great food, quite spicy though. The yogurt is nice with the toppings. Milk tea is the salty kind, need to get used to the taste.

The food here is outstanding and truly authentic—I can attest to this, having visited Xinjiang twice. We indulged in a feast of large plate chicken, cumin lamb, lamb kawab, Xinjiang yogurt, and Xinjiang milk tea. The large plate chicken was notable for its tender meat, cooked to perfection. Most authentic Xiajiang food ever! The milk tea is superb. Should try at least 1 lamb kebab. Food here is just amazing and price is not expensive! Almost forgot! Freshly hand pulled noodles. Just outstanding!
