Kind service, lovely atmosphere and not expensive at all. Good quality outing in NYC that doesn't break the bank... practically an endangered species. You won't regret coming by.Especially for happy hour!

As a bartender, i have a very low bar for service. I'll wait, i'll deal with delays, and i'll never complain. The circumstances tonight would've called for bad service and the bartender did AMAZING. People were causing problems and breaking glasses( which he cleaned and handled promptly)....seriously i have never seen a bartender as great as Mark. He had to deal with the worst people all night, but i never had to wait for a drink, a smile, or even a water !!!...

Great food! The fried items (onion rings, fried cauliflower, French fries) were all prepared wonderfully with the perfect crunch on the outside with the full taste and texture of whatever was inside. Too many places fry things to the point of being overly crunchy/hard or excessively oily and thankfully PJ Horgan's does not do that at all. Highly recommend.
