The staff at this location is horrible and the manager (Howard L) is extremely rude!! I took my daughter and had her picked a cake for her birthday and had my husband picked up later. We had our daughter’s birthday party at a restaurant and when the waiter brought out our cake, I realize the staff at Paris Baguette gave us the wrong cake and my daughter was very unhappy!!! Following day, I went to the store to speak the manager and the manager told us we should have brought back cake from our birthday party for an exchange. What kind of stupid staff are they hiring!! Is he that incompetent? He was extremely rude and without investigating the fact and does not take any responsibility! They need to fire this manager immediately because he has no business working at servicing customers!

Fresh food, friendly workers, crowned place. It is only a walk-in Paris baguette , but it has most of Paris Baguette products. I love this spot.

This morning, on 3/18/2024 at 9:30AM, I purchased several pastries and, when adding to my order, the female worker was sighing and showing clear signs of displeasure and frustration. When she was counting the items at the end, I mentioned that she missed one of my orders to which I was greeted with additional sighs and her slamming the bread display door. I'd assume any place of business would be glad to sell more but apparently that was not the case with this employee. I was clearly an inconvenience to her for some reason which I did not understand. Never have I experienced such rudeness from a place of business. I don't rate on yelp ever but I felt this situation was worth mentioning. My family and I will not be visiting this Paris baguette again.

This blueberry cake was so delicious , light , airy and fluffy texture. I only gave it 4 stars because it’s a little too pricy. Over all a 10/10 for the taste and presentation. The lady at the bakery counter was sooooo sweet. She hooked me up! She gave me candles along with a cake spatula/cuter that had two match sticks in it and a little chocolate brick that says “happy birthday” . I asked how much more and she said it’s free ? now I see why they’re more pricey lol.

This blueberry cake was so delicious , light , airy and fluffy texture. I only gave it 4 stars because it’s a little too pricy. Over all a 10/10 for the taste and presentation. The lady at the bakery counter was sooooo sweet. She hooked me up! She gave me candles along with a cake spatula/cuter that had two match sticks in it and a little chocolate brick that says “happy birthday” . I asked how much more and she said it’s free ? now I see why they’re more pricey lol.

Bread is standard as other Paris Baguette, the cashier is very friendly, the hot dog roll is cold, and I asked the employee to heat it up for me, it's still cold inside. Never again. I would rather get something warm from another shop for the same price.

Keep an eye on the freshness of fruits on pastries This bakery is still better than the french workshop on Bell Blvd. The bakery has pastries, cakes, sandwiches, cups of fruit yogurts, and drinks but lately their pastries, sandwiches, and cakes are big disappointments. At the Northern Blvd location in Queens I have been buying their mixed fruits custard pastries, but recently, the fruits especially the kiwi and orange slices have been too soft/over-ripened. 3 stars for courteous cashiers, clean tables, parking, and two available restrooms. Pastries Mixed fruits with custard danishes taste great but recently, the slices of kiwi and orange have NOT been fresh. Cakes Loved their freshly made blueberry chiffon and chocolate mousse cakes. They were fresh and tasty in July But in October of 2023, when I bought a blueberry chiffon cake-a whole cake, I was very disappointed to find-a cream filled center of the cake from the bottom to the top. For $46 and change-where's the cake mixture with the blueberries?! Sandwiches Turkey avocado, chicken chipotle, chicken mango salad, blueberry yogurt cups.. So disappointed with the turkey avocado sandwiches. Where is the avocado? One brownish chunk in the whole sandwich?!!!! Lining up to pay There should be a sign to tell customers where the line starts People just gather around the registers and jump to the cashier when he/she is available to ring up the orders. Here is an idea for a sign, "Line starts here" and draw an arrow. Then the cashiers should help the next customer waiting on the line. Packaging Over $60-$100 worth of pastries and sandwiches and all I get is white paper bags. At least give free shopping bags especially when it's raining. Oh you love this, the cashier was putting sandwiches and pastries on top of the blueberry chiffon cake!!!!! I stopped him from stacking pastries. Fortunately, the 4 sandwiches did not break the cake box.

Their lattes are good but could be better. Its 95% milk and sugar you can barely taste espresso/coffee. I asked to have mine with less milk more coffee but they said they’re not allowed to do that. I asked for an iced coffee instead of latte but with a pump of coconut and caramel, they also said they couldn’t do that. Which i don’t understand because shouldn’t the customer be able to customize their coffee to their liking? Hope they can try to put the customer first in the future
