Having a meal like this occasionally in winter is quite a delightful experience. I specifically chose the original beef bone broth instead of the spicy version just to taste its natural flavor, but it turned out to be quite bland. If you prefer stronger flavors, I’d recommend getting the spicy broth or asking for extra sauce or salt
This place is no-nonsense, one-dish specialty spot and they do it right. Right when you walk in, the staff greets you immediately asks: spicy or non-spicy. No menu, no fuss, just straight-up galbitang. The service is incredibly fast and friendly, and the unlimited banchan refills are a huge plus.
