The staff that serves customers are very bitter and don't care about ANYTHING!!! If you don't like providing customer service, it's better to look for another job. I'm sorry to tell you that by not making personnel changes, this business chain will fall. Please do something! It makes me very sad that they serve you with an attitude and make fun of the people who enter this branch.

The product was good, now they only sell what they have left, old product. They don't give you the cover and for what it costs, IT'S NOT WORTH SPENDING THERE!!! Terrible service, more attentive to their cell phones and I even believe that there is labor abuse in what I could see and hear from a Chinese woman such a horrible attitude towards another employee. You shouldn't buy anything there, at least my family and I will not return!???? And I give them 1 star because it can't be more. Disgusting capy!!!

I order a chocolate cake yesterday August 20 2024 at 7:45pm. It was my daughter’s birthday. When the time came to cut the cake we noticed that the cake was expired the expiration date on cake said August 21 2024. They give me a cake with only one day left to expire. I went today with the cake and ask for a refund. They did give me my refund but my daughter’s party already passed. They were good but not anymore to expensive. You can find better options. Bad experience. I used to like this cakes not anymore.

The products in this place are not always fresh. It is true what the customers say in the comments. The product looks and tastes different and you should not deceive customers in that way. For my taste, the cookies and cakes at this place have too much sugar. And all labels do not specify the amount of sugar and calories in the product.

Customer service is very good. The problem is that when you arrive and order they give you the oldest cakes. It has happened to me before that the cakes have a flavor that no longer works. Yesterday, Saturday, I bought a fruit cake in Corona. Now my daughter had her birthday and the cake was useless, the fruit was sour and the bread was dry and tasteless. They should sell fresh cakes to people because you pay $59 dollars for something that is no longer useful.

I think most of the clients are In love with Capi some super delicious cakes in my family everyone wants capi cake for their birthday or any special occasion But this time we got (service) from the young Monce who needs customer service training Many times we have a bad day but the client does not deserve their bad mood. Or simply as a worker we forget that thanks to the client they pay us our salary, not only does the business benefit from the client... my dilemma is YOU HAVE TO LOVE YOUR JOB Otherwise you damage the reputation of the business and you are not happy.

The cakes are good, however all my encounters with the personnel whether on the phone or in person have been negative. Good food is never worth bad customer service. Hope this business learns that lesson.

They are not honest with the customer. I wanted strawberry cake for Father's Day today and I arrived early to be able to buy it. I had to stand in line before they opened. When I asked if they had strawberries, they said I didn't. I asked if Iván would have it later and they said that they didn't have a car parked outside full of cakes of all flavors. What they wanted was to sell the entire old assortment and then bring the fresh ones. They took advantage of the special dates so that the customer could bring what they had old.

Went for two slices of cake, I got a dulce de leche slice and a peach slice. The woman that was in the front could not be bothered to answer which slice was which and very judgmental to whoever came through the door, rolling her eyes to a coworker when she saw a lady that was overweight and making signs to her. When we got home and tried the dulce the leche cake it was dry, but the peach cake was worse it was rancid, I had to spit it out. Terrible in everything, there are many capy locations do set foot on this one.

Service: woman didn't pack the cake properly and the tray itself was found to be cracked ? we ended up with deformed birthday cake
Cake itself: was dry, didn't feel fresh and I found something sharp that looked like it was a hair from a man's beard ... so yes it was very disappointing
Overall: I've been buying Capy cake for years but this was the FIRST and definitely last time im buying in Queens. The Capy store in Brooklyn is by far better. For $60 you'd think the cake would be amazing but it was not. Personally, do not buy from here.

Very grateful to this bakery, they gave me a good price for my children's cakes, I needed a design that they did not have but they helped me with one similar to what I needed since I had the arrangements, they helped me with the color of the cake that I needed. I wanted it and the charge for it was very reasonable, thank you very much! Their cakes are delicious!
