The staff that serves customers are very bitter and don't care about ANYTHING!!! If you don't like providing customer service, it's better to look for another job. I'm sorry to tell you that by not making personnel changes, this business chain will fall. Please do something! The product was good, now they only sell what they have left, old product. They don't give you the cover and for what it costs, IT'S NOT WORTH SPENDING THERE!!!
Terrible service, more attentive to their cell phones and I even believe that there is labor abuse in what I could see and hear from a Chinese woman such a horrible attitude towards another employee.

I order a chocolate cake yesterday August 20 2024 at 7:45pm. It was my daughter’s birthday. When the time came to cut the cake we noticed that the cake was expired the expiration date on cake said August 21 2024. They give me a cake with only one day left to expire. I went today with the cake and ask for a refund. They did give me my refund but my daughter’s party already passed. They were good but not anymore to expensive. You can find better options. Bad experience. I used to like this cakes not anymore.

The products in this place are not always fresh. It is true what the customers say in the comments. The product looks and tastes different and you should not deceive customers in that way.
For my taste, the cookies and cakes at this place have too much sugar. And all labels do not specify the amount of sugar and calories in the product.

Customer service is very good. The problem is that when you arrive and order they give you the oldest cakes. It has happened to me before that the cakes have a flavor that no longer works. Yesterday, Saturday, I bought a fruit cake in Corona. Now my daughter had her birthday and the cake was useless, the fruit was sour and the bread was dry and tasteless. They should sell fresh cakes to people because you pay $59 dollars for something that is no longer useful.

They are not honest with the customer. I wanted strawberry cake for Father's Day today and I arrived early to be able to buy it. I had to stand in line before they opened. When I asked if they had strawberries, they said I didn't. I asked if Iván would have it later and they said that they didn't have a car parked outside full of cakes of all flavors. What they wanted was to sell the entire old assortment and then bring the fresh ones. They took advantage of the special dates so that the customer could bring what they had old.
